She is survived by: her husband Tom Smith; her children, Jeanie Smith and Tommy Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her brother Warren Mercer of Inola, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Bailey Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Malcolm Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Shelby Smith of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and her daughter Mindi Humphrey of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
