She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Carlton Gantz Sr. and Jessie Gantz (Mobley); her husband Charles S. Minnick, Jr.; her granddaughter Christie Appelman; and her siblings, Kenneth Carlton Gantz Jr., Leona Lee Allen, Pauline Stevens, Logan Samuel Gantz Sr., Marguerite James, Mary Gail Gantz and Virginia Jean Gantz.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lee Minnick (Susan) and Toni Lynn Appelman; her grandchildren, Paul G. Appelman III, Amanda Minnick-Hughes (Anthony), Merideth Schenk (William), Mitchell Minnick (Brock) and Matthew Minnick (Allyn); her great grandchildren, Ashlee Appelman, Austin Stauffer, Spencer Stauffer, Kaylee Minnick-Hughes, Chloe Hughes, Alyson Schenk, Colin Schenk, Katherine Schenk, Luci Minnick, Emmi Minnick, Eleanor Minnick, Rosalyn Lockett and Evelyn Richardson; her great great grandchild Jaxton Tomlin; and her brother Eugene Gantz. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
