He was predeceased by: his parents, Pate Mackey and Clara M. Mackey (Morris); his wife Margaret Mackey; his siblings, Gearld Green, Clifford Mackey, Mary Eslick and Linda McCoy; his son Mike Phillips; his granddaughter Tara Dixon; and his great grandchild Creilly Savannah Shofner.
He is survived by: his children, Pat Shofner of Broken Arrow, Nicole Henderson (Bud) of Coweta and Nick Mackey of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Scott Phillips (Linda) of Oklahoma City, Devin Phillips (Kala) of Oklahoma City, Ty Shofner of Dallas, Cody Hays (Brooke) of Sapulpa, Tyler Mackey of Broken Arrow, Taren Wright of Tulsa, Chalin Graham (Konrad) of Sapulpa and Carli Mackey of Broken Arrow; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Blake, Daniel, Reese Phillips of Oklahoma City, Asher Dixon of Coweta and Easton Hays of Sapulpa.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Mission Fund at Southeast Baptist Church.
