He is survived by: his wife LuAnn; his children, Nicole Fitzpatrick of Oklahoma City, Kara Leigh Jordan of Tulsa, Taylor Spahn of Coweta, Logan Spahn of Broken Arrow and Morgan Wiatrak of Bixby; and his grandchildren, Andrew Fitzpatrick, Allison Fitzpatrick of Oklahoma City, Wilson Jordan, Reagan Jordan of Tulsa and Milani Wiatrak of Bixby.
