She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Kulchinski and Zelma Kulchinski (Middlebusher); and her siblings, Edsel Kulchinski and Darlene Wheeler. She is survived by: her children, Kendel Johnson and Kimberly Patterson (Pat); her grandchildren, Kenny Johnson, Jacob Patterson, Justin Patterson and Parker Patterson; her great grandchild Mina Johnson; and her brother Jim Kulchinski (Amie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
