She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Franks and Thelma Franks. She is survived by: her husband Cliff; and her daughters, Cynthia Norton of Tulsa and Donna Carr of Mustang, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
