He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Theodore Haywood and Mabel Johanna Tyler; his wife Mary Ann Dunlavey; and his sons, Rick of Dallas, Texas, Chris (Anita) of Yelm, Washington, Chet (Elisa) of San Antonio, Texas, Paul (Jennifer) of Clearfield, Utah and Matthew (Jeanette) of Libertyville, Illinois. He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
