She was predeceased by: her mother Ada Skaggs (Devemport); her husband Clayton DeVon Holmes; her father Claude Skaggs; and her siblings, Troy Skaggs, Tommy Skaggs, Wilma Skaggs, Ellen Streeter and Eddie Skaggs.

She is survived by: her children, Elaine (Michael Riley), Byron (Donna Holmes), Anthony (Laura Holmes), Rodney Holmes of Claremore, OK, Robert (Marianne Holmes) and Tim (Kathy Holmes); and her siblings, Bill Skaggs of Fresno, CA and Velma Rogers of Coarsegold, CA..
