He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Butler and Ethel Butler (Ramey); and his brothers, Paul, Roy and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his son Byron; his daughter-in-law Christy; his grandsons, Neil and Nathan of Inola, OK.; his daughter Farrah (Joe Walker); his grandchildren, Lillie and Brooke of Inola, OK.; and his brother Vernon Butler (Kathy) of Fort Gibson, OK.. He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
