He was predeceased by: his parents, B. F. Gobbell and Annie Mae Duren. He is survived by: his wife Jean Moore Freeman; his children, Angela Gobbell Thomas of Bartlett, TN and Jeff Gobbell (Kelly) of Spring, TX; his stepchildren, Mark Freeman (Leigh) of Bulverde, TX and Libby Freeman (Kevin Smith) of Verdigris, OK; and his siblings, Jane Holt, Joyace Gobbell and Jerry Gobbell (Judy). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 4 step-grand children and 9 step-great grandchildren.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Clare House, Tulsa, OK in memory of Frank.
