With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Dowell (Broken Arrow, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 30, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Morris and Mary Ozella Morris (Deck); her husband Bobbie Dowell; and her grandson Cody Clark. She is survived by: her children, Paula Clark (Mike), Vicki Wheeler (Tony), Beverly Dowell and Robbie Dowell; her grandchildren, Beau Clark, Kyle Clark, Cassie Newell (Justin), Ty Wheeler (Bailey), Whitney Wheeler, Scott Deo, Cole Deo and Abbey Breshears; and her sister Claudine Bates. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
