She is survived by: her husband George Smith; her daughters, Dana Kay Smith of Broken Arrow and Tracy Lynn Newton (Scott) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her sister Vivienne Cullinan (Mike) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Katy Newton of Tulsa, Daniel Newton of Broken Arrow and Jackson Newton of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several friends and extended family.
