She is survived by: her husband Blake Werner of Broken Arrow; her children, Shannon of Denver, CO and Kiel (Samantha); her granddaughters, Annabelle of Jenks, OK., Adelia of Jenks, OK. and Ayla of Jenks, OK.; and her siblings, Teresa Kreider (Sonny), Colleen Myers and John Myers (Jen) of Lancaster, PA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law.
