He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Weaver and Jessie Weaver (Tuter); and his siblings, Charles, Johnny, Billy Weaver, Nadine Barnes and Naomi Yarberry.
He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his children, Johnny, Billy Weaver and Lisa Michelle Weaver of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his stepson Stephen Richards; his grandson Nelson Arnold; and his brother A. G. "Skip" Weaver. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
