He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper "Jack" Greeley and Hermys Edith Pike (McLemore); his brother Bob; and his former wife Beverly Engel. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sister Janice Mayhan (John); his stepsons, Craig (Dianna) and Kent Coats; and his godchildren, Chad and Kristin Engel. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.

After Beverly passed in 1991, Don joined the Tulsa Bicycle Club where he was active for many years serving as Membership Chairman and volunteered for the Fall Century charity ride.
