It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Leroy Hansen Sr. of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Aberdeen, South Dakota, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Martin Hansen of Gem Township and Nettena Victoria Peterson of Renville, Minnesota.; his siblings, Howard, Eleanor, Pearl, Helen and Alice; and his stepson Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Nedra Keller Hansen; his children, Vicki Hansen Karney (Kip), Cheryl Kay Leavitt, Donald Leroy Hansen Jr. (Jocelyn) and Carl Douglas Hansen (Valle); and his sister Norma Jean Schlekeway (Gene). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren, many friends.
