He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Edward Lawhead and Phyliss Parnell Lawhead Williams. He is survived by: his wife Amy Lawhead; his daughters, Reanna "Poncho" Lawhead, Ashley Kahn of Tulsa and Nicole Ellis of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his siblings, Dale Lawhead of Broken Arrow, Ronnie Lawhead (Donna) of Afton, Rhonda Baldwin (Richard) of Tulsa, Tammy McQuillen of Tulsa and Angela Stabler of Claremore, Oklahoma; his nieces, Danyel McQuillen of Tulsa and Christina Stabler of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his nephew Anthony Stabler of Claremore, Oklahoma; and his parents-in-law, Pam, Steve Hurst of Tulsa, Bill and Shirley Barclay of Carrollton, Georgia. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
