She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond L. Hetzer and Virginia L. Hetzer (Bolden); her husband Clint Ragland; her children, Walker Ragland of Broken Arrow, Raymond Ragland of Broken Arrow, Chelsea Todd (Stevie) of Coweta and Lindsay Ragland of Bixby; and her siblings, Jeff Wright of Broken Arrow, Vicki Sisson of Broken Arrow, Teddi Robinson of Porter and Tammy Flores of Porter. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren.
