She is survived by: her son Todd Hendrick (Tina) of Victoria, Texas; her grandchildren, Mandy, Ashley, Skylar and Jade; her sisters, Eugena Slayton and Charlotte McNutt of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her niece Malyssa Berry; her nephews, Matt Moulton and Josh McNutt; her cousins, Charles Renfrow and George Scott; and her friends, Steve Klense, Larry Jernigan, Ron Moulton, Larry Woodard and Mike Vesko.
