He is survived by: his wife Phylis Henry; his daughters, Pamela Mitchell (Wayne Mitchell) and Gayle Henry; his grandchildren, Justin Mitchell, Caleb Mitchell and Shelby Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Paeson Mitchell, Brecklynn Mitchell, Declan Mitchell and Marnie Mitchell.
