He is survived by: his wife Susanne Kinkade; his daughters, Miriam Osburn (Jeff), Melissa Forrest (Nathan), Stephanie Tate (Brian) and Anny Benton (Brad); his grandchildren, Mitchell (Kathryn), Samantha (Kyle), Corbin (Madison), Keaton (Bailee), Tyson, Collyn, Bradley, Sydney, Jordan, Haley and Mariah; his great grandchildren, Barrett and Camden; and his brother Keith McCay (Brenda). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
