He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford McNeer and Ada McNeer (Holly); his wife Judy; his children, Michael McNeer (Jodi) and Carrie McNeer (Ryan Bulmer); and his grandchildren, Connor, Mauryn, Riley, Madelyn McNeer and Zyla Bulmer.
