He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kramer and Anna Mae Kramer; and his wife Beverly Kramer. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Kramer (Ashlei) and Kristina Cox (Russ); his brother Dave Kramer; his daughter Taylor Carter (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Allison Cox, Emily Cox, Addilyn Kramer and Drake Kramer; and his great grandchild Destiny Drummond.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Floral Haven Funeral Home (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012). A burial will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
