He was predeceased by: his mother Paulene Blockcolski. He is survived by: his wife Sabra Blockcolski; his sons, Zander and Zayden Blockcolski; and his father David Blockcolski of Pryor, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
