He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Neville Rowland and Genevieve Frances Harris Rowland; and his sister Judy Booth. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rowland of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his children, Robin Major (Tom) of Keller, Texas and Chuck Rowland (Dianna) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Tyler Rowland (Katie) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Ryan Major (Sarah) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kyle Major (Miranda) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Braden Rowland of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Emelyn Whittington (Alex) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his niece Lisa Hoffman (Ken) of Dayton, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Corban, Hadassah, Devan, Lenorah Major and Miles Whittington; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katie, Maddie, Michael and Julianna Hoffman. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
