It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles L. Carter of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Carter and Sara Carter (Holmsley); and his former wife Tammy Lynn Carter. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Carter; his son Jonathan Carter (Taylor); his brothers, Jimmy Carter (Jennifer), Buddy Carter (Pam) and Michael Carter (Caroline); and his pets, Sweetie, Landry and Ellis of Snowball, L. J.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; his special friends.
