He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Clair and Josephine Ann Fraser (Czechanski); and his brother Daniel Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Fraser; his daughters, Josephine "Josie" Chambers (Brandon) of Tulsa and Virginia "Ginny" Miller (Brandon) of Bison, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Sophia Chambers, Liam Chambers, Emeri Miller and Harper (Miller); and his sister Judith Green (Bob) of Lincoln, California. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
