He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Bob Hartness of Muskogee, Eddie Lee Hartess of Wagoner, Joyce Dobbins of Porter and Judy Rogers of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.; and his nieces and nephews, Holly Rogers, Dyan Marrs, Timothy Dobbins, David Dobbins and Mark Hartness.
