She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Shockley and Nora Shockley; her granddaughter Valerie Cruse; her aunt Marie Boyd; her uncle Clarence Boyd; her daughter-in-law Loretta Cruse; and her cousin Kathy.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Lee Cruse; her sons, Terry Lee Cruse (Patty) of Coweta, OK and Bradley Howard Cruse of Rowlett, Texas; her grandchildren, Tonda Hagan (Shannon Lee Hagan) and Steven Cruse (Samantha Cruse); her great grandchildren, Shelby Hagan, Dalton Hagan, Hunter Cruse and Rilee Cruse; her great great grandchildren, Emily Lynn Maxwell, Dustin Lee Maxwell and Austin Huntington Jr.; and her sister Gayle (Bill Taylor) of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other extended family and friends.
