He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Mae Haynes (Haynes) and Carl Leon Haynes; his stepmother Betty Ruth Haynes; and his brother Leland Roger Haynes. He is survived by: his wife Patty Haynes; his siblings, Margie Porter (Rex), Carla Berrier (Richard) and Norman Haynes (Ann); and his stepbrothers, Roger McFadden and Ron McFadden (Shannon). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
