He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Faith and Lelia Josephine Faith (Taylor); and his siblings, Velma Hebberd and John C. Faith. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Lou Faith; his children, Leona Kay Faith Slane (John) of Grace, ID, Kalen Weldon of Guymon, OK and Russell Gene Faith (Marcy) of Broken Arrow, OK; his grandchildren, Jonathan Faith, Jessica Faith of Miami, TX, Daniel Faith of Broken Arrow, OK, Magan Wilson of Broken Arrow, OK, Cassandra Duran of Broken Arrow, OK, Ian and Evan Wallace; and his brother Henry Eugene Faith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
