He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ray Middaugh and Frances Pettigrew Middaugh of Tennessee; his siblings, Albert Middaugh, Jr., Mary Jane Silva and Joyce Johnson; and his grandson Kyle Steven Middaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Karla Middaugh, Kevin Middaugh and Kent Middaugh (Zeline); and his brother Jim Middaugh (Beverly). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
