She is survived by: her husband Richard Hayes; her son Rick (Arlene); her stepdaughter Becca Cunningham (Bob); her grandchildren, Jason (Angela), Joshua, Becca (Nathan), Jacquelyn, Caleb, Patrick, Camryn, Kaylin, Jackson, Elizabeth, Zavian, Arona, Oliver and Dayton; and her brother Joe Don (Suzanne).
