It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ellen Kemp of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on December 8, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Patterson and Donnie Patterson (Smith); and her sisters, Nola Thorne, Iona Bevan and Leota Johnston.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kristi (Joe), Carl, Shelby and Nick; her great grandchildren, Ethen, Eli and Ian; and also, Teri and Rhonda.
