It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Parnell of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Hobart, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Wimberley and Mrytle Wimberley (Favrow); her husband Kenneth Evans; and her children, Debra Evans and Jerry Parnell.

She is survived by: her son Kenneth Evans Jr. (Abby) of Centerton, Arkansas; her granddaughter Cheryl Albro (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Nicole Albro and Nathan Albro. She is also survived by friends, and many other siblings.
