He is survived by: his parents, Kashawnda Payne of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Derek Tate of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Derek Tate, II of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kashawn Tate of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Derreonia Tate of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and extended family.
