He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon Jasper Smith and Mattie Woodall Smith; his sister Wybetta Gilliam; his wife Jackie Smith; his sons, Gary Smith (Margie), Gordon Smith (Vanessa) and Glen Smith (LaDon); his grandchildren, Jennifer Burton (Brett), Jessica Jordan (Allen), Justin Smith (Michelle), Jordan Smith (Brianne), Jaime Tatro, Julie Smith and Jonathon Smith; and his great grandchildren, Derrick Smith, Sabrina Smith, Laila Smith, Sydney Tatro, Tyler Tatro and Soloman Smith.
