He was predeceased by: his parents, Isom Hampton and Maggie Gerldine Kannada (Best); his wife Faye Bell Kannada; his son Terry Kannada; and his siblings, Hazel Allgood, Juanita Woodall, Kenneth Kannada and Eddie Kannada.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Brunk (Ronald) of Broken Arrow, OK, Marsha Grammar (Richard Patrick) of Edmond, OK and Mark Kannada of Lawton, OK; his grandchildren, Rachel Russell (Matt), Brandy Christy (Kane), Kristina Whitson (Andrew), Jason Grammar and Joe Grammar (Kim); his great grandchildren, Dale Wood, Jr., Brittaney Dunning (Dakota), Marchall Russell, Blayze Christy, Azariah Christy, Kristianna Whitson, Isabella Whitson and Jasper Whitson; his great great grandchildren, Adlyn Dunning and Rhett Dunning; and his sisters, Rosie Lee Parker of Brownwood and Susie Kannada of Arizona. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
