He is survived by: his wife Filomena Capuyan; his children, Brenda Black (Robert) of West Branch, Kendall Smithson of El Paso, Corry Smithson of Tulsa, Gayla Peusingchai (William) of Houston, Christopher Waller of New York and Todd Waller (Sabra Knoll) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his brother Roger Waller (Marivic) of Bennett. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
