She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Pelchat and Jeanette Pelchat; and her siblings, Carol Hall and Benjamin Pelchat Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John Phillips I; her children, John N Phillips II (Matthew Chaves) of Tulsa, OK and Thomas W Phillips (Nicole) of Broken Arrow, OK; her granddaughter Kayla; her siblings, Brenda Michaud of Charlestown, RI, Patty Rekowski of Hope Valley, RI, Stephan Pelchat (Joanne) of Hope Valley, RI, Raymond Pelchat (Cheryl) of Bradford, RI and Tracy Dumas of Hope Valley, RI; and her pets, Ann, Autumn and Petey. She is also survived by family members and friends.
