She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Francis James, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Malchow (Congdon); and her husband Jeff Schmidt. She is also survived by several brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, friends, cousins, nieces, nephews.
