She is survived by: her parents, Duc The Mai and Kim Lan Mai (Tran); her stepmother Kim Phuong Mai; her husband Michael Thomas of Broken Arrow; her children, Christopher Ha of Tulsa, OK and Alexandra Ha of Tulsa, OK; her stepsons, Jake Thomas of Columbus, GA and Blake Thomas of Fayetteville, AR; and her siblings, Linda Mai Harris of Tulsa, OK, Mykah Mai of Tulsa, OK and Mitchell Mai (Melissa) of California. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
