It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allan Erwin Ratliff (Broken Arrow, Oklahoma), born in Smith Center, Kansas, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Ratliff and Mrynah Ratliff; his brothers, Alvin, Dalen and Jerry; his son Randall; and his son-in-law Brian Armstrong.
He is survived by: his wife Twila Ratliff of Tulsa; and his children, Rebecca Armstrong of Owasso, Russell Ratliff of Tulsa, Richard Ratliff (Rachel) of Owasso, Ralinda Ratliff of Tulsa, Rodrick Ratliff (Linsey) of Verdigris, Rasonya Ratliff of Owasso and Russtin Ratliff (Ashley) of Coweta. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
