It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Leanna Rogers of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Coweta, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Chance and Obie Edna Chance (Martin); her husband Lester Eugene Rogers; her brother Marvin; her sister-in-law Pearl Chance; her sister Helen Chance; and her son-in-law Taylor Coker.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Coker of Coweta, OK, Neva Bell (David) of Tulsa, OK, Nila Davis (Tony) of Broken Arrow, OK and Gary Rogers (Christine) of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandchildren, Becky King (Kris), Laura Parker, Jennifer Austin (Troy), Michael Rogers (Mercedes), Ellen Buchanan (Beau), Amanda James (Chris) and Travis Rose (Li Tan); and her brothers, Paul Chance (Janice) of Porter, OK, Olen Chance (Kathy) of Coweta, OK, James Chance (Judy) of Porter, OK and Harold Chance (Pat) of Coweta, OK. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren.
