He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Wayne and Irene Dugan Miller; and his siblings, Sam of Ventura and Rosalie of Ojai, California.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ratliff Miller; his children, Alan (Brenda Miller) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Joel Miller of Plano, Texas, Nathan (Monique Miller) of McKinney, TX and Amy Miller Lynaugh (Peter) of Frisco, Texas.; his grandchildren, Wynn (Laura Miller), Hailey Miller, Philip (Amanda Miller), Wyatt Miller, Blake Hanson, Shaylyn Hanson, Alyssa Hanson, Sergeant Aidan Hanson, Sophia Miller and Madeline Miller; his great grandchildren, Adrian, Kendal, Audri, Hadassah, Josiah and Everly; and his sister-in-law Donna Miller of Ventura. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
