She was predeceased by: her parents, James Petrik and Blanche Subera Petrik. She is survived by: her husband Perry Mitchell; her sisters, Adeline Boyer (Ted) and Angia Hosman (Don); her stepson Alan Mitchell; and her niece Debra Swedberg. She is also survived by four granddaughters; Adela's niece, two nephews, seven great nieces/nephews and five great-great nieces/nephews as well as other family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to one of the many charities Adela supported including Tulsa Boys Home, tulsaboyshome.org, Camp Egan, okcamps.org/egan, and Clarehouse, clarehouse.org.
