He is survived by: his wife Ashley; his children, Dakota, Austin and Cheyenne; and his siblings, Trevor Lackey, LaDawn Sams, Paula Montgomery, Risa Montgomery, Jessica Montgomery and Levi Montgomery (Brittney).
