He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fullbright; his children, Delmon "Scooby" Fullbright (Holly), Leonard "Scrappy" Fullbright (Carla), Clifton Fullbright, Shawn Fullbright, Troy Lee Fullbright Jr. (Sonia) and Shawnette Fullbright; his siblings, William Smith, Cornelius Smith, Willie C. Lynch, Ida Smith, Mattie Sotelo, Sandra Burrell and Deborah Shaw; his grandchildren, Leonard "Bug" Fullbright Jr., Kameron Fullbright, Savanah Fullbright, Shawn Fullbright Jr., Troy Fullbright III, Braden Fullbright, Jalen Fullbright, Shameya Fullbright, Jeremiah Fullbright, Eric Fullbright, Dyshawn Wilson, Shariah Wilson, Brynn and Liam Hendrian; his great grandchildren, Elijah Fullbright and Keaton Fullbright; and his aunt Mattie Lynch.
