He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Biggs and Lorene Biggs White; his former wife Dorothy Lorene Freeman Biggs; his brother Ronald Dean Biggs; his son Acy Gabe Biggs; and his grandson Brent Charles Plum.
He is survived by: his son Rusty; his wife Jo Ann; his children, Russell Biggs (Marie) of Delaware, Shelley Plum (Johnny) of Bristow, Marvin Biggs (Wyonna) of Sapulpa, Darin Biggs of Cache and Dionna Marker (Nelson) of Depew; his brother Glen Biggs (Carol) of Wellston; and also, Darin and Dionna. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
