She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Nestlerode and Judy Nestlerode; and her brother Ricky Dean Nestlerode. She is survived by: her children, Jay Nestlerode (Baily), Michael Nestlerode, Alice Ann Nestlerode, Carl Sands Jr. and Cody James Sands; her brother Jimmy Nestlerode (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Bianca Molina, Kynlee Nestlerode, Timathy Nestlerode, Kellar Nestlerode, Kaydence Nestlerode and Jaylen Nestlerode.
